Avery’s Seaside Oasis is a very spacious vacation home. The main living area is upstairs with a sizeable family room that is a combination dining room and living room. The family room is bordered by a screened-in porch (lanai) and an air-conditioned sunroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed along with new bedroom furniture. The second large bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has an adjoining screened in porch. All bedrooms have large closets and both bathrooms are full size and have showers. One also has a bath tub/shower combination.

The house features central air conditioning and heat (for the rare nights in winter when the temp drops below 60) and has a washer/dryer.

Our home is fully loaded with brand new furniture, including a gorgeous couch and dining room set. The kitchen is fully loaded with the standard appliances (stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender), dishes and utensils. For entertainment, we provide 2 TV’s w/ satellite TV, DVD player and portable CD player.

Downstairs you will find an additional indoor “sitting area” and an outdoor deck with a gas grill, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty of Alligator Creek and the majestic pineapple palm trees.

Avery’s Seaside Oasis is only minutes away from Sharky’s, Venice’s wonderful beach front restaurant. Down the way from Sharky’s you will find Paw Park (in Brohard Park), Venice’s Dog Beach (and one of the few dog beaches in the country). For the folks who seek more action, check out the 30+ golf courses in the Venice area.

Let’s not forget the reason we all visit the Gulf – the Beaches! Avery’s Seaside Oasis is less than a mile from the Private South Venice Beach, which is only accessible to South Venice home owner. Within 10 to 20 minutes you will find multiple public beaches in the area: Manasota Key, Casey Key, Caspersen, Nokomis, North Jetty Park, Englewood, Blind Pass, and Stump Pass.
